Our "Ready Made" in-stock items are shipped as soon as possible after the receipt of your order - usually within 48 hours.
Custom orders generally require 2 - 3 weeks.
Most of our shipping is via UPS/ground. Customers can request expedited UPS shipping. All shipping and handling costs (ground or expedited) are covered by the customer.
Alternately, we can ship by the U. S. Postal Service although this could cause a short delay in shipping your items. International shipping Is by the U. S. Postal Service. We do not use Fed Ex for shipping.
We do insure our products when shipping. If a customer has shipped us a knife so that we can make a custom sheath it helps for us to know the knife's value. We can then insure their knife and sheath properly when shipping it to them.

Return and Exchange Policy
Regular (in-stock) orders can be returned for exchange or credit within five (5) days of their receipt. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Special orders (created to your specifications or containing names, initials or custom artwork) may not be returned unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
Please let us know if you intend to return an item. Items returned should be insured and the customer is responsible for the return shipping and any necessary insurance.
Any credit or exchange issued will not include original shipping, handling and insurance charges.
